I was fortunate enough recently to participate in the First Sphere of the Ishayas’ Ascension Meditation. Using the Ascension techniques has enabled me to disentangle myself from the busy confines of everyday life and truly reach a deep sense of peace. By Ascending just prior to my workout each day, I am able to approach that hour with a great deal more energy and enthusiasm. With Ascension I quickly am able to shift my focus from all of those negative messages that seem to bombard my mind constantly and, in turn, welcome all of those positive ones which provide a strong sense of well-being.
Ascending before bedtime ensures me that I will enter into a deep sleep and awaken to welcome my day with the ability to be more productive. Due to the positive energy I possess as a result of ascension, I am able to view relationships from a different perspective; therefore, bypassing those obstacles that would prevent progress in those relationships. Ascension was a “door that I was somewhat apprehensive to open,” but I am truly grateful that I took that “leap of faith” to do so.

I came across ascension in 2000 and I remember using the attitudes only when my life became hard work and stressful. Then as my life situation eased, I would drop my meditation and life would pick up where I left off and soon I would find myself in the same situation.
Over years of moving in and out my practice of Ascension, I finally made a commitment to myself to ascend regularly as this was the only way to move forward in my life.
The ascension attitudes allow me to move and experience my life with ease and gave me the gentle assertion to discover what really works for me.
I’ve read Eckhart Tolle books and I have heard other spiritual teachers talk about the stillness/peace within yet never tell the reader how to easily experience this wonderful place internally and externally.
The ascension attitudes allow me to drop in to this experience with ease at any time of the day regardless of the situation.
This technique is beautiful, easy, and powerful. Directing my awareness gently inwardly allows me to realize who I truly am.

I first learned how to Ascend about ten years ago, when I was twelve. My mother claims that I was not a very "stressed out teenager". The effects of Ascension started becoming very obvious to me when I was 19, and that's when I really started to practice regularly. Even though I had not always ascended consistently before that, simply having the attitudes in my awareness on some level was enough for me at that time.
Then when I became a student and things started getting pretty stressful, I was able to stay organized, have more peace of mind and feel more passionate than ever about life and all it's discoveries. I give all the credit to Ascension!
I feel more connected to my environment and experience a lot of peace rather than a lot of stress. During the day, I use the techniques with my eyes open and find the wonderment in learning, and being more conscious. I believe Ascension has directed my whole entire life to a more conscious way of living, including nutrition, my diet, getting exercise and seeking more holistic forms of medicine. It seems I naturally gravitate towards good decisions rather than bad and I attract all the tools I need from the universe to create what I want. There is little limitation in my life and it is easy to change the things I'm not entirely satisfied with. I have no idea what my experience of life would be like if I had never learned the Ishayas' Ascension.
