Ascending Days
- These meetings are open to anyone who has learned the First Sphere and are a great way to really take a day off. The day is filled with slightly extended periods of closed-eye Ascending, interspersed with dynamic group discussions and exercises to simplify and grow your practice.
- There is also normally a pot-luck lunch midday.
- These courses are on a donation basis.
