• After the weekend and during the initial 6 weeks after learning, it's important that you be supported in your new practice as much as possible, and there are plenty of opportunities set up for you to do just that: weekly group meditation meetings, ongoing support and contact with experienced teachers of Ascension, re-sitting the First Sphere weekend course whenever possible, etc. 

• All of these options continue to be available to you forever once you've taken your First Sphere and we encourage people to take full advantage of all of these resources (and more) so that you and your practice are always fully supported and you receive the maximum benefit of Ascension in your life.
