Ascending Meetings

• HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and open to anyone who has taken the First Sphere weekend meditation course.
  

• These evenings are a great support to you in your meditation practice and are a fantastic "pick-me-up".  There is always a group meditation and some discussion during these evenings - the perfect time to ask any questions you might have about your practice.
